I love to craft, but sometimes I craft things that end up laying around and collecting dust. If this happens to you you’re in luck because these crafts are super easy to make and are also super useful. From DIY Pom Pom Garlands to DIY desk organizers and everything in-between, you will definitely find something that works for you!

1. DIY Paper Bag Pinata

Wanna have a party but don’t wanna buy a pinata? This DIY is for you! This pinata is easy to make and only needs a small paper bag, candy (for inside), colorful tissue paper, twine (to tie it up), a hole punch, glue, scissors, and a stapler. Enjoy the party!

2. DIY Easy Paper Lanterns

These paper lanterns are so adorable! They are super easy too! All you need is scissors, a stapler, toilet paper rolls, colored craft paper, glue dots (hot glue works too), and ribbon. SUPER cute and SUPER easy!

3. DIY Mini Booklet

These mini booklets are super easy and you can use them for a variety of things! All you need is paper and scissors for this craft! Enjoy!

4. DIY Pom Pom Garlands

These Pom Pom Garlands are super fun to make and super cute as well! All you need for the craft is some scissors, yarn, a needle, and a pom pom maker if you are using one. (If you don’t have one the website linked provides a video on how to make them using a fork!)

5. DIY Book Safe

Do you want a secret compartment to hide your belongings? This book safe is perfect for you and is super quick and easy to make! All of the equipment you need is a craft knife, some claps or cloths pins, a pen or pencil, paintbrushes, a ruler. The materials your need are a thick book (that you are fine with cutting into), Painters tape, and liquid glue (like mod podge). Have fun!

6. DIY Decorative Light Switch Covers

These light switch covers are super fun to make! You will need sharp scissors, foam brushes, a art brayer, water-soluble pen, light plate & outlet covers, fabric, wood cloths pins, wax paper, rubbing alcohol, and Mod Podge Matte (or you can use glue mixed with some water to make it thinner) This craft does require quite a bit of materials but they are defiantly worth it!

7. DIY Desk Organizer

This might be my favorite project in this post…neverminded it is definitely my favorite project in this post! It is super easy to make and it uses recycled materials that you can find at home! The equipment you’ll need is scissors, a craft knife, paintbrushes, a pen or pencil and a ruler. The materials you will need are cereal boxes, toilet paper rolls, wood plaque, acrylic paint (any colors you want), scrapbook paper, ribbon (also any color you want), tape, craft glue, and Mod Podge Satin (or you can use glue mixed with some water to make it thinner) P.S. When I saw that this craft needed a wood plaque I almost didn’t include it because who wants to have to go and buy a wood plaque for a simple craft? Not me! When I read the instructions I realized that, even though it’s way better with it, you don’t really need the wood plaque! So now that you know…what are you waiting for! Start crafting!

8. DIY Pill Bottle Into Cute Holder

I know what you’re thinking, what kind of title for a craft is that. I seriously couldn’t think of anything better or more specific! There are so many uses for this craft! For this craft you’ll need scissors, foam brushes, a sheet of craft paper, empty pill bottles, and spray paint. (Spray paint is most important is the bottles have labels because you won’t want them to show though the paper.) This craft is easy and very useful!

9. DIY Pencil Holder

These pencil holders are super customizable and super cute as well! You will need paintbrushes, a craft knife, a craft mat, glass jars, glass paint, isopropyl alcohol, scrapbook paper, clear acrylic sealer (optional), and Gloss or Matte Mod Podge (or you can use glue mixed with some water to make it thinner). These are super cute and are perfect for back to school!

10. DIY Easy Painted Rocks

Painting rocks is super fun and simple. You can use them as paper weights or just as decor. You will need different sized paintbrushes, a water basin, a stylus (optional), rocks (best if smooth and flat), acrylic outdoor paint, sealer (like Mod Podge Outdoor), paint pens, and stencils (optional). Enjoy!
